Dusty Day 2009 - Programme - AMENDED
I now have a provisional programme & running order for Dusty Day 2009. This will always be subject to change on the day as is the way with these things.
Doors open: 12:00 noon
TAMSIN CARROLL will sing soon after
followed by Dusty video footage including JUST DUSTY, the Odeon release due out on April 20.
14:00: JULIE FELIX will perform
14:30: EXCLUSIVE preview of the forthcoming DVD from REELIN’ IN THE YEARS - The British Invasion, Dusty Springfield ONCE UPON A TIME.
15:15: the Dusty Springfield Songbook featuring MADELINE BELL, SIMON BELL, KATY SETTERFIELD, MAC KISSOON.
16:30: JEANETTE LYNES will read poetry from her Dusty inspired collection, followed by a Q&A session with SHARON DAVIS, ANNIE RANDALL, JEANETTE LYNES.
17:15: Motown 50 songbook, featuring MAC KISSOON, MADELINE BELL, SIMON BELL, KATY SETTERFIELD.
17:45 winning raffle tickets drawn followed by more DUSTY video footage.
18:00 THE DUSTY DAY AUCTION, featuring Dusty items, exclusive artwork and photographs including those from the British Music Experience last Sunday.
19:00: More DUSTY video footage including the new JUST DUSTY DVD.
We know many of you have to get off for trains, so at this point the day becomes more relaxed.
