Iconic microphone up for auction
Keith Grant, who was sound engineer on many of Dusty’s early recordings, is auctioning the microphone which she used on those hallowed sessions.
This is the vocal microphone Keith used on all big Dusty Springfield hits including "I Only Want To Be With You", her following hits "I Just Don't Know What to Do with Myself", "Wishin' and Hopin'" and "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me". It was also used on the album ‘A Girl Called Dusty’
They were all made at Olympic Sound Studios in the 60’s with Keith Grant as her Sound Engineer.

It was rebuilt about 25 years ago and has been in Keith’s possession from new.
