What’s coming up in Dustyland?
A number of projects of interest to Dusty fans will be coming to fruition soon.
Sharon Davis’ eagerly awaited biography “A Girl Called Dusty - an intimate portrait of Dusty Springfield” is on pre-order at Amazon.
Also on pre-order is “In The Middle Of Nowhere” by Laurence Cole, of which I know absolutely nothing.
The new West End musical based on Dusty’s life will be announcing it’s opening date & venue shortly. A Girl Called Dusty is creating quite a buzz at the moment. More news here exclusively soon!
A major Hollywood biopic starring Nicole Kidman as Dusty is in development. More news on that to follow.
Katy Setterfield will complete her season in Las Vegas in late August. She will then return to the UK & undertake an extensive tour as Dusty. Katy will be doing TV & press at that time including Loose Women. There will be an album of Dusty hits to be purchased at the tour shows.
